- Detail design of all types of fire alarm systems
- P.E. filing with DOB & FDNY ( including filing drawings and applications). Plans will be prepared with comprehensive floor plans and riser diagrams as required by the Authority having the jurisdiction over filing and approval with the NYC Department of Buildings and Fire Department
- Installation with a licensed electrician
- System programming and testing
- 24/7/365 Central office monitoring
- As built documentations (FDNY 11x17 as built and A-433 application)
- Expediting FDNY inspection date
- FDNY inspection. Qualified personnel to be present at the inspection conducted by the New York City Fire Department
- Application sign-off

- Quarterly, Semi-annual, and Annual Fire alarm maintenance
- Inspection, testing, cleaning, calibration and maintenance of all initiating devices (including pull stations, smoke, duct, heat detectors, water flow and tamper switches) as per manufacturer specifications & codes
- Simulation of input and output functions
- Checking fire alarm signals with Central office monitoring company
- Check the battery for corrosion and expiration date
- Fire alarm System log book with detailed record keeping
